In 2015 the Community Empowerment Act required all local authorities to prepare and publish a list of their Common Good properties. Many have not complied with this (e.g. Dundee) and land/property continues to be sold regardless of their common good status. Please investigate who has not published and more importantly, why they wish to conceal what properties are common good.
