Well done to the Scottish Ferret Team for following this up and getting such a convincing conclusion. The Scottish Governement is meant to be governing Scotland in all our interests and hiding/redacting information is not in the interest of openess and transparancy. Good to see this convincing conclusion by the Commissioner. The big question is, will it make any difference? I fear the Government will continue as before, as I am not convinced that these damming reports carry enough weight on their own. I would argue that such a conclusion of any government should automatically be a point of order for debate in the Scottish Parliament. This might make the Scottish Governement think twice in the future.
