Yes tho devolution is a Westminster tactic to avoid independence - designed to fail by lack of funding and dependency on uk gov.

Totally disagree - the Scottish Government has demonstrated an uncanny ‘ability’ to squander taxpayer’s money and develop dysfunctional legislation. No-one seems to ask what the financial cost of operating a Scottish Government is with all its inefficiencies and duplications. Devolution has certainly NOT been value for money.
