Should private firms who sell to the NHS be better regulated?

They should undergo the same regulations and rules than NHS services.

They control millions of pounds across NHS, schools etc . When companies work for profit but are paid by public purse, they should be monitored in same way as public companies. They should have FoIs allowed as well
