The Ferret has a complaints policy, which is split into two parts.

The first part of the policy is for editorial complaint - that is for all complaints that relate to material published on our websites that we have control over. This part of our policy and the complaints we receive through it, are complaint with our independent regulator, Impress.
The second part of the policy is for reporting any concerns over the governance or conduct of the people involved in The Ferret.
