Should the MoD be more transparent about nuclear security incidents?

I find it irresponsible for 11% to have said no. Obviously they believe if an incident happened there that they live far enough away not to be harmed. Last year Centrica cut the number of specialist fire fighters and Faslane now has to rely upon the local Helensburgh team to assist who are not specialised.
